This Giving Tuesday

Arts Horizons (AH) is in our 44th year as a non-profit arts organization that enhances the lives of people of all ages and abilities by creating equitable opportunities to engage in the arts. We believe that arts and culture are fundamental to enrich education and provide meaningful interactions for communities to reflect on shared human experiences. Arts Horizons reaches over 200,000 students, teachers, artists, families, and community workers each year and we need your help to continue this important work.

As we re-emerge from the pandemic, we champion the arts as the cornerstone to rebuild and reimagine our communities of learning.  Your support will help us continue our longstanding specialty programs for social emotional learning, culturally responsive arts workshops, and those for multilingual learners, special education, hospital schools and seniors. Your support will enable professional teaching artists to dedicate their talents to uplift communities through the arts and reach the next generation of leaders, creatives, and thinkers for innovation and social change.

About Arts Horizons

Arts Horizons is a premier not-for-profit arts-in-education organization that provides live professional performances and artist-in-residence programs to students and professional development for teachers throughout the entire tri-state region. Our commitment is to make music, art, dance, theatre, new media and creative writing an integral part not only of learning, but of life. Through the transformative impact of the arts, we reach young people through many dimensions, breaking down the barriers of language and culture, accelerating personal growth, and stimulating children’s full potential to prepare them for life in the twenty-first century.
